Help, Subwoofers stopped working

Short story, my subwoofers are no longer working and I don't know why. I live in an apt building now and no longer have the space to work on my car.

I have my subs hooked up with a LOC in my trunk.

What is the best way to get this resolved? Can I take it to a shop and simply have them troubleshoot the problem? Any ideas what this would cost?

Don't know if my subs are blown or just some fuses blown or a bad connection somewhere but I don't have the time or space to fix this myself.

My amp still powers on but couldn't say much besides that.

Recommendations?
Shops in the Los Angeles area? (I'm West LA, but can drive out anywhere around LA for a cheap but reputable shop)
Price estimates for this sort of thing?
