Hello, an interesting build! So is this car totally catless? And this car was successfully registered in AZ with is current emissions setup?

Nope not completely catless. It doesn't have the cat that is part of the exhaust manifold. It has the factory post manifold cat though. Arizona just checks for any emissions warnings (CEL) and gas cap seal.
