Moving this under the right section

Located in Ohio and I'd like to find a 128i to make a twisty road/autoX/track car that can hold kids occasionally.

6MT is a must
slick top and manual sport seats are a big want
Sport suspension and heated seats are nice to have
Not picky about colors

Higher mileage is ok with service records. Performance mods are fine. LSD, BBK, 3-stage intake, and M3 control arms are a plus.
Willing to travel for the right car.
