Leather Care

What kind of Lovn does your 1er's leather receive? (Which product and how often does she get it?)

I won't have my 1er until 15 September, although I plan on treating the leather with Leatherique approximately once per quarter.

Zaino, Leather in a bottle & the Zaino Leather cleaner. Great Stuff! Smells like leather, and no oily residue.
I treat it about once every 2 months, but I hit the side bolster on the drivers seat more frequently than that since it's a high wear area.

I've had good experience with Pinnacle and Zaino leather care products. I heard good things about the BMW leather care lotion so I'll try that out when I run out of Zaino.

I use Zaino Leather-in-a Bottle leather conditioner. My car is only a week old and I used it for the first time today. I don't see any reason you can't use it on new leather. Since it has UV protectors in it, it would be good to use it as soon as you can.

Zaino cleaner and conditioner. Leaves me with no desire to try anything else, I'm that pleased.

Started using the Zaino leather conditioner and cleaner on my wife's Lexus until the "1" comes in. I've got to admit that the stuff does smell pretty damn good. If it protects and conditions the leather half as well as it smells, I'll be happy. Haven't had any long term experience with the stuff so take it for what it's worth, but I've been pleased thus far. Like others have said, it doesn't leave an oily/greasy residue or make the leather shiny like it was Armour All'd.

Nobody here has used Griots leather conditioner? I was thiniking of ordering that when I get my 1er. Was reading about it on their site sounds like a great product and has wipes for quick easy treatments.

Woo more feedback. Zaino is sounding promising. I've been leaning towards getting their super duper car care package or whatever its named. I do have leather shoes...could test it on those...hehe jk...only on my younger brother's.
