noises - new breaks, rubbing, suspension issues IDK

https://vimeo.com/45802117

please check out the video. Both the driver side and the passenger side of the car is making about the same type of noises. The driver side is much more prominent, probably reason being that I am a fat ass.

1) The set-up I am running is KW's V3's with BMW 313's. The KW's are dropping to half way and the width of the tires are 215 in the front.

2) on full turn I can fit the tip of my finger between the tire and the shock of the KW's.

I am not sure what is making those noises. Maybe something is rubbing, maybe my breaks needs to be change or there is something wrong with the suspension. I am not sure. So please watch the video and help me out. I point out in the video every time I hear noises. THANKS!!!!

It can be anything. You just have to jack up the car and check underneath.

pads and rotors have `13500 miles on them. I felt that it could be that but i still get the noises even when I am not on the breaks. IDK... but I am still keeping that as a problem. There is a space, about the thickness of a finger nail, between the pad and the rotor. Is that even normal?

I have done brakes before on my e39 and I do not remember seeing anything like that.

I'm on the same page with you on that. Just wanted to see what others had to say.. so when I jack up the car.. I know what to specifically looks for and than look for anything else.
