Why mod exhaust if the law don`t allow ?

who got a ticket of exhaust in quebec ? I have only a cp-e axleback and they
put me a ticket for exess sound .

Because people think they can get away with it. Much like people using dark tint.

unless you hit a prick of a cop they aren't going to hassle you about exhaust!
