BMW of San Francisco Mod/warranty experience

I recently brought my car to BMW of San Francisco for a 'low pressure fuel pump sensor code' and some squeeky front brakes with an ER intercooler and ER chargepipe w/ tial Bov installed.

I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and didn't receive any information on it until the end of the day.

They replaced my front brake pads, Checked all the fluids and performed the normal check ups. My SA told me they found the code but could not work on or fully diagnose the code issue with the aftermarket intercooler and chargepipe. I can't say this wasn't expected. I was hoping because the fuel pump has nothing to do with the intercooler/chargepipe they would ignore the mods and fix the sensor or pump.

My SA was cool about everything. They did not flag the car that I know of and did not 'void my warranty.' they just said return it to stock and bring it back.

Just thought I would share this experience with other SF bay area guys in similar situations.

I will never do business with BMW SF. Following a rearender repair, well attempted repair, they were the cause of a subsequent bad accident. They then had the balls to lie to the CHP saying they warned me not to take the car. Still makes my blood boil.

what happened? that sounds terrible. I havent done anything with them other then the regular services.
