Don't ever ask a client adviser (salesman) about maintenance or service related things. They don't know their asses from a hole in the ground... unless, of course, the hole in the ground is full of money.

Okay... good advice.

My car is 10 months old (with only 6,500 mi.), so a 1-yr oil/filter change is due in 60 days. I'll call my SA next month and try to schedule a service for early June.

I did a break-in oil/filter change at 2,500 mi. using 6.9 qts. of BMW oil/filter.
