Buy/rent a fender rolling tool. It attaches to the hub/rotor where the wheels mounts to, and provides a uniform radius of range. The tool is adjustable and allows you to dial in more pressure against the inside of the lip as you slowly roll the fender. A heat gun or hair dryer must be used to prevent the paint from cracking.

I believe Tire Rack rents the tool. I think I read once a DIY there at the Rack.
Personally I would not do this. I would suggest you take your car to a good body shop and have them roll your fenders. Or better yet... just find wheels that fit your car properly! When these places say you have to "roll your fenders..." what they really mean is they do not fit and you will need some serious work to make them fit right. ie: BIG HAMMER and a fender roller. Sometimes fender arch cutting is needed too. For me that is a deal breaker with mod'd wheels. To each their own though. Dackel |

You need a rolling pin from your kitchen. You take the wheel off and then bash the inside fender with the rolling pin repeatedly until it doesn't rub anymore.
Seriously, a good tire/wheel place will do it carefully, just enough to fix the rubbing for maybe $50.

Have a pro do it.
They rolled and pulled my previous cars fenders to fit 9.5 wheels in it plus also dialed in some negative camber. After seeing what it takes i knew that i would of fucked it up had i done it myself with a bat and heat gun.
