Use this link and put your full vin into the cargo ID.

https://att.2wglobal.com/gstattweb/o...uickSearchPage

If the link doesn't work right, use the CUSTOMER CENTRE drop down menu and select track and trace and then put it in cargo ID.

The boat is due in on June 21st.

Thanks
Here is a PDF of VIN numbers for BMW 135 models from the Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics Track and Trace site.
If your vin is not on here maybe BMW is using a different shipping line for San Fransico?

Whoa, is that the first ever Cashmere Silver 135is? Just saw it in vermillion red for the first time the other day and we've debated if we'd ever see a cashmere silver one. Saw one titanium silver convertible, as I wanted to see the titanium silver since my last 135i was in that color.

Yay, I'm hopeful that when my boat arrives, it'll be about a week to get through and to the dealer. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Looks like my car was released from customs on Monday June 24. That is 12 days from when it got to port. Maybe I will get lucky now and it will find a truck to Tucson.

This wait is the worst part, especially with an IS. That's why I tried to warn you so you could prepare yourself. Took my car 2 weeks to get here from port and I'm 60 miles away. The 135is on our boat that was headed for Scottsdale didn't end up getting to the dealer until about 3 weeks after it got to port. So, that's the rough estimate I would use - 2 to 3 weeks from port to you. Stinks, I know. Will be worth it in the end though, promise.

Yuck. That's a long wait. I guess I need to ask the dealer to check on my car. They said they were hoping it would get here by this weekend. That's be just 7 or 8 days.

I specifically asked my dealer about it in advance, knowing it should take at least a few extra days since it's an IS, but they don't seem to know much on these, as he kept re-iterating it should be 3-4 days from port, but was 2 weeks. At least I was able to keep paying on my rental Hyundai Accent during the wait, so was worth it!

Greg, I was expecting the extra time but when my CA said it would be sooner than later I thought cool. Today the dealer called and said that the Rep at the port said it is shipping tomorrow. Being a pessimistic old fart I appreciate the optimist.

Willis, If your car is shipping from Port Hueneme, all of the cars I checked were delayed in customs and released on Monday. So this weekend might be real....

Peace

Just trying to spare you my hell because my optimistic sales guy kept saying it was going to be here in 3-4, then it was, 2-3 more, then it was 2-3 more, so eventually I stopped believing him until it actually arrived.

I used to be an optimistic, now I'm almost a pessimistic old fart, or at least a lot of people call me a pessimist, but I consider myself more of a realist.

I think 2 weeks +/- a couple of days for Bay Area and about 3 weeks for Arizona. I still wish you could just turn on your GPS and track it!

W&W logistics page shows 22 1ers transitioned to "Delivered From" Port Hueneme at 8am this morning ... allot of guys on the west coast will get cars soon ... My build finished production on the 14th, but it is still waiting on a boat in Bremerhaven : (

Matey,

I think most people are averaging about 9 days from production finished to on a boat, but note that there seems to be a 3-4 day lag on the system and W&W cargo may have an even longer lag to showing you're on a boat. A few of us thought we missed the boat we thought we'd be on, then 3-4 days later, while trying to cope with the let down, then found out in fact we WERE on that boat.

Your sales person should have the most up to date info so hopefully you're actually on a boat somewhere. Also not sure what port your car would go to, but could also not be a W&W boat as they sometimes use NYK lines and a couple of others.

Delivered from port > Customs is the unknown. Like I said the Faust 135i shipment took 12 days. After customs release expect a day or 2 to get on a truck. a 135is might even be longer because of the Port Installations.

My update -
6/22 - "Finishing Touches"
6/27 - Just got the e-mail from the SA advising that the car is at the dealer. They are doing the last little bit of dealer prep and we're going to get the car Saturday
