Bluetooth Microphone Placement
Being cheap, I did not order the bluetooth option with my 128i convertible. Instead, I bought an installation kit and installed a Garmin 760 GPS with bluetooth. I also got a remote microphone and have been trying out different microphone placement. With the top up, the best seems to be on the back of the sun visor on the drivers side. But that is a bad spot with the top down. The A pillar on the drivers side, near but not at the top, is much better with the top down and OK with the top up.
Has anyone with the BMW bluetooth option noticed where the microphone is? Jim
