You could have codes in your DME memory which basically stores old information, but not sure why the CEL wouldn't be going off if something were still an issue.

So it has been about 3 weeks and it is still doing he same thing. Still hasn't thrown a code, still gives me a hard time. If it was a HPFP would it have taken a dump yet? I have put several calls into my BMW dealership asking what I should do (left 4 messages) and they have never responded... Getting really annoyed with them, I just want it fixed.

So I got my car back, 3 injectors were leaking gas into the cylinders making it rough to start. I had all 6 replaced as well as new plugs and coil packs. My evap was found to be leaking so they replaced that,rear brake pads, and they kicked in wiper blades. My cpo is up in October so I am glad all the standard issues are bring resolved. I also appreciate my car more after driving the 428 loaners. These 1s are just so much fun. A nice spirited drive home was well appreciated
