Alufelgen SF-71's
After over a month of waiting for parts and working out kinks, she's finally done, at least for now.
Parts.. [*]Alufelgen SF-71 Gloss Black 19x8/19x9[*]Falken 452 Tires 235/35/19 and 265/30/19[*]TPMS Sensors[*]ST coilovers[*]Swift Springs 6K in front[*]Macht Schell 5mm spacers in front[*]Vorshlag Camber Plates[*]BMW Performance Exhaust[*]BMW Performance Grilles[*]Formula One Tint 30%[*]Rear Fender Roll Notes.. Since I wanted Vorshlag Camber Plates and the ST Coilovers come with progressive springs in front, I switched to Swift Springs 6K in front. Rear Fenders are rolled to accommodate the 265 tires in rear. Also running 1.9 degrees of negative camber in the rear. No rubbing unless I have 3 people in the car and hit a huge bump. 5mm spacers were needed in front to clear the inside of the tire from the coilover. Also running 2.1 degrees of negative camber in front. Initial Impressions... The ride is slightly stiffer than stock, but not uncomfortable. Tire noise is also noticeably louder, but the grip is outstanding. I am hoping for even tire wear with all the camber, only time will tell. I would like to thank... Alan************ for a great deal on the wheels/tires/sensors and coilovers. Brian@EAS for a great deal on the spacers. Tony@ Tune in Concepts for the Vorshlag Camber Plates, Swift Springs and install. Sorry for the iphone pictures, I will be sure to have better pictures taken soon. |

The car looks amazing with the Alufelgen SF-71 in gloss black. I'm glad that you went with this setup as I know that we discussed many different choices available. Thanks again for your order/support on the Alufelgen SF-71 wheels, Falken 452 tires, BERU TPMS, and ST V1 coilovers!!!

Love the look of the SF-71s on a 1er! And the 19s are the perfect sizes and offsets for the car. I've got the same wheels on my car in Titanium Gunmetal.

I bought the tires from **********s. Alan gave me a great deal. Just note that with these offsets, a 235/265 will need a 5mm spacer in front and a fender roll in rear.
