any of you know where I can order a carbon fiber vinyl on line that have the same look as original bmw cf parts? I want it for my roof and the rear diffuser

Oh, I wouldn't say its acceptable, there has been plenty of people call it "rice" on other post here. I'm sure they will chime in sooner or later.

I think the car looks great. I love the roof, but I've always heard that they fade and peel after a few months. Anyone have an experience with that?

I'd think it'd be hard to carbon vinyl wrap the diffuser just cause it has so many curves...

Jeez just let people do whatever they want on their own cars, if the person likes it, great, he won't care what others say about it anyway. Stop being so uptight about stuff being too poserish, yea, it might be annoying to you, but the owner sure loves it. fmxomar, if it looks great to you, nice.

oh i really dont care anyone thinks because i like it and im just sharing the pics for people to see, there is nothing poser about a matte black roof. is the m3 a poser because it copied a scion tc black roof lol didnt think so. its okay some people just get jealous

yeah it flows much better with them done, just need to pop them off and finish them because i didnt have time before the shoot. i had it that way but redid it because it wasn't perfect around the shark fin last time..this time i took it off and my friend that knows what hes doin helped no bubbles you would think it was painted ! wanted it to be perfect

the company cars for panda are prius my dad had two given to him with a big vinyl logo on it... and i get free orange chicken for life it sucks after about 3 years....
