Can't reset "Low Tire light"
Last week my "Low Tire" light went out and it's still on. I added air 3 days ago. I tried to reset it via the toggle, but there's no option for reset at all. Please help.

I bet you just didn't add enough air. I leave my car running, attach my pump, go until the light goes out (fortunately my pump also shows the pressure so I don't worry that I'm going too far and something is wrong).

BMW has a drive to reset system that needs to calibrate after you set the air pressure and initiate the procedure. Most of the time the light will go out within 20 miles of driving. If your pressure isn't low you may have a sensor with a dead battery. Average life is 5-7 years or 100-120k mikes.

Went to the dealership today and they couldn't reset it at all. They tried to do it with the computer as well and that didn't work as well. Now they're talking programming, unbelievable.

Did you do the reset correctly? You need to scroll to the reset option and then hold down the button on the end of the stalk for a few seconds. Some people just click the button without realising it needs to be held down.

Have you tried it with the car both running and not running? I recall that some menus are only available when the engine is running and other are only available when it's off. Seems stupid, but always try the simplest options first.

Another idea that seems stupid, but actually worked for me when I tried over and over again to reset my TPMS and couldn't was to plug my scanner into the OBD port and check for codes. There were none but I hit "clear codes" anyway and then I tried to reset the TPMS again and it worked. Weird, huh? Couldn't hurt to try anything and everything.
