Difference between part numbers (PE exhaust)

Hey guys. I am just looking for PE exhaust (muffler + Y-pipe) for N55 engine when I found one website. There was PE exhaust with two different part number. Both have similar weight and price.

18100443574 - 17kg (35 lb), 823€ (875$)

18102208805 - 16kg (37,5 lb), 836€ (890$)

What's the difference please?
