Review: HP Autowerks Koni Coilovers
1 word in a nutshell: fantastic.
I've had these in my car for roughly 9 months of aggressive street driving and 1 track event now and partially the reason why I posted this review now and not the day I got them. I am, not equally, but, MORE impressed with them now after time than the day I installed them. Usually its the opposite as the start to settle and start making noises, etc. These have had none of that. Nothing but perfect since day 1. After talking to Harold regarding his opinion on which setup to go with I went with the single adjustable Koni Yellows and the 332# front Swift springs and 650# rear Swift springs. Perfect combination IMO for street comfort and occasional track usage. This paired perfectly with the M3 front bits I have on my car (control arms, tension rods, sway bar). Will probably be upgrading to 800# rears once I get my M3 rear subframe bushings in the spring. Pretty sure that sums it all up, but I am definitely 1 happy camper! |

Cool. I had SWIFT on my old S2K, loved them. I have not yet made up my mind on which setup to do for the 135, this might be the way to go.
