Video: Seafoam Smoke 135i
Here is a boring video of my Seafoam cloud. Music added to extend your attention span.
My car has ~17k miles on it and I've had the Riss Racing OCC on it since about 500 miles. I emptied the can today and the crankcase side of the connector was saturated with oil, and the intake side was clean and dry (aka its working). Dumped about 30 ml of oil from the can after ~16k miles. If you dont already have a OCC, get one now if you care about engine life. I recommend getting an oil change after doing Seafoam, so I have timed my treatment here a few days before I take my car into service.

Cool video. Will the OCC void the warranty on a vehicle?

How did you do the Seafoam treatment? The video shows you in the car the entire time, so I'm just curious if you had the hose in a cup of Seafoam during the video or if you put it in prior.

Nice vid. Love your little Dackel.
You might also try sucking some Seafoam thru a intake manifold vacum port - while the motor is running, reving up/down. I think you would get better results that way. |

I've had it on my car serviced many times, dealer doesn't even notice it, nor would I suspect they really care.
I used a Dixie sized cup and had the vacuum line shown in the video suck up the seafoam (at idle) then shut the car off. Bout 20 min later rev and heat up the car to burn it off.

I bought it from Jlevi, I don't think Riss is in business anymore. There are other OCC's available with probably better build quality you can find. Cant take pix cuz that would require me to dismantle my cowl, but the install is super easy.
