Introducing Active Autowerke N54 Downpipes

As promised guys, here at the pictures of the installed...I must add they look amazing.   Making POWER on the BMW N54 twin turbos effortlessly… A turbo impeller wheel speed is mostly limited by the exhaust back pressure within the system. If one could eliminate some or most of this exhaust back pressure, the turbo will spool that much faster and effortlessly. The engine will rev that much faster, the target boost will be attained that much quicker, the throttle response will be crisp and the effort will seem effortless by the engine. This is what the Active Autowerke Signature down pipe system will achieve for your BMW E90, E92, E93 335i and 135i if installed. The Active Autowerke Signature down pipe is designed with the intent to makes the most in power. The down pipes are created with the least amount of restrictions possible by utilizing a full 3.00" piping throughout with the least amount of bends and mostly straights where possible; that is impressive when compared to the factory diameter of 2.50". What you will experience is a faster, more responsive engine because the turbo impeller now has the ability to spool that much faster. The end result is more power. For added durability, factory like support braces are also implemented to alleviate stresses upon the turbos. A 02 sensor simulator is also included with the Active Autowerke down pipes to satisfy the annoying check engine light or fault code that will appear whenever the exhaust catalyst is removed. Made from 304 stainless throughout ensures a robust and durable exhaust that will provide trouble free performance with the longevity to match. All flanges are 304 stainless with the 0.060" wall thickness ( ~1.5 m.m. This is another great innovation brought to you by the Active Autowerke engineers to make it a lot more enjoyable to “…Come Play with POWER, we always have…” NOTE: The Active Autowerke Signature down pipe replaces the existing factory exhaust catalyst making this power upgrade not legal for highway use but suited for the race track or other off-road competitive events. They have done quite a bit to my and a buddy of mine, they are the worst company I have ever delt with. I see you are local to them though I have heard they arn't that bad for the local people.
