Flat seems nice in my opinion...i had gloss on my E36 M3 a while back and the car itself was black but regardless it didn't look good...so i would stay away from gloss. Semi is also good but Flat in my opinion would look better.

Semi gloss is good. I was gonna go gloss but thought it'd be too much and ended up painting them satin black, perfect IMO.

I like semi gloss but flat has the least maintainence. I've had 2 sets of flat black powercoat and I just hose them off. I never laid my hands on the wheels for years.

Gloss all the way!

I've got gloss black VMRs on mine and it looks great! Got them from ModBargins.com. They did a great job on the powder coating!

I think a good idea would be to plastidip them whatever color you are leaning twoard. Then you can decide if you like it and have them powdercoated. Just an idea. I dont like black wheels, you lose some depth to the wheel.

+1.

IMO, it's lost its appeal a while back, since everyone from a Toyota Yaris to a Range Rover is doing it.
