South Florida Dealerships
Sorry for the double posting (Also put this in the "Dealer Review" thread), but I feel it is necessary for all to know.
Yet again, for South Florida Dealerships, it's really simple Braman BMW good, Holman BMW (Fort Lauderdale; Pines) bad! For Braman, recently, 1) My service was quick, easy, and I always get a BMW loaner. Service Dept is awesome, and my S.A. Felipe Bocangel totally takes care of me. 2) My mother just went in for her new car, a 535i. They found the car that met her specs and arrives in only a couple weeks, and they gave her a great deal. 3) The Pre-Owned Manager is helping me to find a used Mini that will fit my specs for a "Commuter Car", and has many options and is working hard to find something that fits my parameters. Very helpful. For Holman BMW, where she bought her last brand new 5 Series, it turns out that they sold her the car without disclosing pre-sale damage. The Braman Pre-Owned Manager, upon inspecting her car for trade-in, found out that the hood and front quarter panels had been repainted, and made mistakes doing it as well. Holman knew, and didn't disclose. That paint bit is a $2,500 deduction in trade-in value, on a 4 year old car that only has 27K miles and never been in an accident and was garage-kept. THANKS A LOT HOLMAN! Once again, Holman is great for damaging cars, as their service dept has done it 5 times alone to our family's cars, and now this!! Thankfully, Braman worked with my mother to come to a good trade-in value. Very happy to be at Braman now!! 4 cars and hopefully soon enough 6. Even today, the owner himself, Norman Braman, is literally waging a political battle against Miami City Govt in that they want to raise property values 14% to fund their salary raises. Rich guy standing up for the little guy. Support him, support his dealership!

Are you talking about Braman Miami or West Palm? I've purchased 2 cars from the West Palm dealer (both with great experiences) but serviced them closer to home at the Miami branch.
I've also heard that Vista is a joke and won't go near South Motors for anything. Norman Braman is one of the good guys. He fought the spending of tax dollars for this baseball stadium and with good reason. Now, after all the papers have been signed and construction well underway, we find out that the Marlins didn't need the handout after all. Now we, the tax payers of Miami-Dade County, are stuck with a bill that we didn't want. Politicians are evil! Anyway... I agree.

Braman Miami
And yes, Vista is a joke. I caught them in a false advertising bit. And yes, Braman was right about the baseball stadium BS. If only people listened to experts, instead of TV and false idols.

How to get a BMW loaner at Braman miami? Do I need to call in advance? What do they give you if they don't have BMW loaner.

You'll need to call and make an appointment for the best chance at getting a loaner - the earlier in the day, the better. I've only gotten BMW loaners from them so I can't comment on the other alternatives that they might use.

Braman Miami got rid of all non-BMW loaner cars. They ONLY have BMW's.
Holman FLL/Pines BMW is still mostly Enterprise rent-an-econobox car.

A 328i the last time and I think the time before that too. I don't really care what they give me as long as it gets me to work and back to the dealer.
