Mounted 1M seats in my e81 116i

I've never been happy about the part leather seats in my e81. The quality sucks, and they're not that great when it comes to comfort.

I started to look for something else, and suddenly I'd won an auction of eBay with some 1M front seats...

These seats are manually adjustable, so it was just plug & play. I was thinking about getting some electric adjustable ones, but I really don't see the point.

Earlier interior mods are complete CIC retrofit, and some OEM 1M alcantara trims.

Before:

Four bolts and a socket later:

The new seat:

And voilà!

I got an airbag error after mounting the seats, and the problem was the occupancy mat in the passenger seat. The error went away after disabling the mat thru coding.

I also have some rear seats (from another 1M), but they need some TLC before fitting them.

Nacelle?

Do you mean the interior trims? They was bought from a wrecked 1M.
