3m precut clear front vinyl
Hi just wondering if anyone has any experience with 3M clear vinyl defender. Please see link posted below. Just want to see if the quality of thr vinyl is good as well as how well it fits and such. Any advice would be helpful. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B008Z3...&robot_redir=1

Not a fan of 3M, plus with kits like that, it leave you no room for error if the cut-out does not fit perfectly.
Plus, have you ever tried applying one? |

If you're not a pro you will F up and that's $300 down the drain. Pre-cut is fine, they're generally precise but I after, 3M doesn't have the best rep when it comes to paint protection. Xpel Ultimate, Suntek and Clearshield Pro are better options.
Buy a smaller piece first like headlight, mirror caps, etc. Practice with those and if you get the hang of it then consider buying a larger kit for DIY.

I had the BMW clear bra installed on my car. I am happy with it. I think some of the custom installs might be better for coverage though.
