Berk "It should ship next Tuesday"

The story begins with ordering the exhaust through one of there suppliers off ebay, MVPMotorsports, on june 20th 2015. On July 6th I emailed MVP as I had seen no shipping date posted. They responded with waiting on a reply from berk. On the 18th the response they recieved from berk was it needed a balancer pipe.

I asked again on the 24th and received the answer below.

On July 30th berk told me they were still being made. So unless you wish to have your money taken and berk not send you a product don't purchase from berk. This is my rant about the poor customer service of berk and how well MVP has done being a middle man for them.

What did you purchase? I was under the impression that all Berk products for this chassis were final design.

That's the part that is killing me, its just the simple berk cat back race.

I finally got an estimated ship date from berk, approximately 45 days from now. That's if i am high enough on their list. I requested a refund hopefully I get my money back.

its only a race pipe, makes no diff if its used or new. i got my used and it sounds fabulous

yea I am just going to try to pick one up off of there, I just have to find someone that is willing to work with shipping!
