Powertrain Plus extended warranty only?
Has anyone opted for the Powertrain Plus extended warranty option? I'm at the end of the factory warranty and have several options to consider. It's an '08 with 26K miles, so the 7/70 options seems best for me. The difference between the Powertrain Plus and the Gold option is approx. $1000, and I'm thinking I might bank that in the hopes that no electrical gremlins creep in.

That's a tough call. In my experience, you're more likely to experience issues with your a/c, power windows, water pump, alternator and all the other freaking parts engineered with "planned obsolescence". Just make sure you understand what is covered.
