Cant get my intake

I ordered the Burger Tuning N55 intake and cannot purchase it because I live in CA. I have ordered from Burger and **********s and both have refused to sell to me. Any ideas? I know its some California Clean Air Bill but anyone know a way to get around it?

Order from a third party vendor that will sell it to you. Ask Mike @ x-ph. He isn't racist like those other guys.

Even if you get it from a 3rd party vendor technically most of these guys drop ship straight from the manufacturer which means once BM sees this they will reject the order. Only way to get around it is shipped it to a family member or friend out of state and then have them ship it to you. That's what i plan to do.

Just buy a K&N drop-in filter, and let it go at that. You probably couldn't measure a difference in performance between the K&N and the other anyway.
