Beige/tan/brown trim question

I'm looking into E82 with N54 engines and sport seats. I love beige/tan/brown interiors. Usually I see these with a kind of two-tone where the seats are light but almost everything is black. Rarely I see them all light seats and trim. What gives? How were these models specified and does it mean anything about the other features?

This is, I think, rare. Note how the carpet, plastic, doors and other trim match the tan seats. Can anyone explain why this is the case?

Yeah, I hear ya. I'm curious why it was done and if it was an option. I personally don't like the look of tan/brown seats where the rest of the trim is black. Most 135s I see with the tan seats have two done doors.

That's BMW creme beige. Common option on the 3; didn't know it was ever available on the 1.

Hmm... I have the all-beige interior in my crimson red car, looking at my options from the VIN decoder I don't see anything special (other than interior: Sensatec/a5 Beige). Didn't realize it was rare - it wasn't my first choice but it's definitely grown on me.

I do not have the M sport package, just sport, not sure if that would make a difference? I believe the headliner is black with the M sports.

There's the answer - I'd bet beige sensatec is the rarest interior choice.

Here she is. Blue exterior with all beige interior. My favorite color combo on this model.
