In regards to the wrong section, you should probably put that comment on about 50% of the threads in this section. The reason I put the ad here is because 99% of visitors in for sales section are not from Canada.

The price can be pm'd as needed.

I post about that in various threads once in a while, so I actually PM'ed the admin and asked them to create regional For Sale forums. I think it'll make it easier for everyone to sell locally and will also clean things up a bit in the regional forums (because the same thing happens in the Australia, UK, etc. forums). Congrats on the sale, hope the buyer got a good deal!
