help with proceed v4

I just picked up a used vishnu proceed rev2 v4 i installed it everything seemed fine until i started playing around with the command center and the rpms would only point to 500rpm then jump to 1400rpm then 2500rpm and it doesnt allow me to go further then that is there any way i can reset it to map and also the SES light is on and it blinks 6 times.
