Is this something new with BMWFS? That you can sell your car and refinance through them? So, does the buyer take out a new loan with BMWFS, or do they inherit your loan?

This has always be available if you're financing. You would assume my loan and just refinance through BMW. They run your credit and apply a new interest rate to the outstanding loan.
