I would also think that it would flow much better with the car. 1M fenders are wider. I'm guessing and to me too wide doesn't look good because the back is not wide. Just my 2 cents.

It is and from what I hear it's a really good fit. The guy who is in the process of painting them said he would post on here once he gets everything done.

Slightly off topic, but this is interesting. I wonder how they fit.

CF 1M fenders. Worth noting, they're for the actual 1M

Fitment at the top of the 1/4 panel looks too close to the door line, the bottom looks too far away.

Yea but some don't want their cars to look like a 1M; that's like putting the E46 M3 bumper on your E46 325ci, big no-no! If one could get a wider tire up front with only a slight modification like this and without making it look like a car that it isn't, then that's perfect.

Honestly, why doesn't everyone just make their fenders look like this?

Yeah but the Kersher fenders are 1M look, only narrow for the standard 1 series body. I really dont understand it.

True I missed that part, It would look pretty dumb then unless you did the full 1M front

On topic, I'm not really sure it makes sense. $1300 plus paint, or ~$1500 plus paint for a vastly superior OEM option that includes the bumper and lots of other necessary parts as well. If you're gonna do the 1M look, might as well use the real deal given the price and most importantly, the build material differences.

these ones are only $650 and you have the option of doing the 1m side markers or have them covered up.

Is this your car in the picture? Maybe they need to be adjusted, but the fitment looks like trash from that shot.

I see where you're talking about. Is the door slightly ajar combined with a bad angle? Curious about the fitment.

The fenders fit perfectly. And yes the door is open. I'll be posting up pictures when it's all done. In about 2 weeks. I'm getting a new bumper and side skirts installed as well and need the paint to cure before putting a clearbra on.
