Radiator Fan Fuse?

Car basically shut itself down yesterday, saying high engine temperature. I guess it cuts the fuel supply as a safety precaution? Anyways...I opened the hood, checked the fan to see that it would freely rotate (it does), and then started the car to see if the fan rotated (it doesn't). I don't really know the duty cycle of the fan, but I'd think it should be rotating if the engine temperature is high. The other option I guess could be the water pump...

Anyway, I pulled the fuse panel guide out, but am not sure which one(s) is for the radiator fan (these pictures don't hep much. I initially think it could be 28, 33, 92, or 88) Also, the forceps/pullers....can't find it. Is it not easy to find? IT's possible the previous owner lost it I guess.

Just as a backstory, I just got back from a deployment. I disconnected the main lead and 2 accessory leads from the battery before I left. I guess it's possible that I accidently blew the fuse when the lead hit the frame of the car....hoping it's just a fuse at least.

Thanks

Did you find the tweezers? I can't find mine either, maybe mine fell into the same spot if you found yours.

Do we have a picture of where they are even supposed to be?

Never found the pullers....ended up pulling them by hand to check. The problem turned out to be the water pump....and some fuse part on the battery that they needed to replace. I also had the battery cable recall done too. Glad to have her back though.

Yup. This happened to me. It was the water pump. They go out without warning.

You can see the RED "fuse puller" aka tweezers in this photo of my fuse box.

Holy crap, I would need tweezers to get to their tweezers! haha

The one time I opened mine up it was dark and I didn't have a flashlight so its possible mine are in there.

Now... imagine you have to remove that fuse box and inspect the battery cables for being loose and burnt up. That is what our battery cable recall is all about! I pity the tech who gotta do that job.

Ever find out what the problem was. Having the same issue despite replacing the water pump and thermostat.
