Blow Off Valves
What would cause the blow off valves to come loose from their connection in to the control line? I have had this happen twice although over a period of 2 years. Easy enough to put them back into place but not sure why they would pop out. They appear to be in securly.

Yes. Presume the connection was not secure and the pressure forced the disconnection from the control line but perhaps the valve is not opening as it should to release the pressure.

Do you mean the diverter valves? Are they blowing clean off your chargepipe?
