I bought this in August of 2011 from a local Lexus dealer where I’ve bought a lot of cars for the family. I was looking for a daily driver and thought this car was really cool. Loaded with Cold Weather Package (heated seats), Premium Package (real leather seats, front power seats, rear parking sensors, Bluetooth, auto mirrors, sunroof), M-Sport Package (sport seats, steering wheel, M-Sport body kit, upgraded suspension), and navigation. I have the original 17” M-Sport wheels, but I didn’t like the run-flat tires so I bought the current set of Michelin 18” tires and mounted them to BMW 18” wheels that came from a Z4. Both sets come with the car – the original set have about 50% tread remaining (see pics). The Michelins that are on the car were put on in May of 2012 at Discount Tire and currently have 16,000 miles on them.

BMW inline 6 (naturally aspirated - no turbos). Automatic transmission with paddle shifters. I-Drive navigation. Real aluminum inserts in dash. Garaged. Washed/waxed regularly. Well-taken care of. Gets 29 mpg highway, averages 25 mpg a tank. Great to drive – very fun. I scratched the crap out of the front bumper at Intercontinental Airport late last year, so I just bought a brand new BMW M-Sport bumper, got it professionally painted, and installed. Front end looks excellent (see pic of the old scratches). No accidents to this car otherwise.

The car still has the factory BMW maintenance AND service warranty until March 13, 2014 or 50,000 miles. It has always been serviced regularly at BMW West in Houston, Texas and recently had its 30,000 service. In the almost two years I’ve owned the car, nothing has gone wrong with it. It’s been 100% trouble free. It’s a neat little car – I like it.

I’m selling it because I’m going to start daily driving my new Suburban rather than have the expense/depreciation of two cars. Besides, I own an old Porsche that just had its engine rebuilt and I’m going to daily drive that more often. Too many cars, trying to thin the herd.

$24,000
