Thinking of building something off the roof dome light housing mounting up-side down - not sure about vibrations though

You can buy a CravenSpeed GoPro mount(crmc #0375) for a MINI on any BMW product. Same tow hook as a MINI.

At the ring earlier in the year I filmed a few laps with the go pro on my helmet and got really good results. Bumped the camera against the roof a couple of times while airing but best footage I have achieved.
