Tire Pressure for Michelin Pilot Super Sport

Running a stock 135i with stock wheels and setup this weekend at a local track. For the bridgestone rfts, I would start with 33psi all around and monitor throughout the day. Does anyone have and experience/recommend for intial tire pressure to start out at for Michelin Pilot Super Sport (made the switch last year in the fall and have not tracked yet) . I realize that temperatures and other variables affect tire pressure (it will be in the 50s) but any help from the forum for a starting point is appreciated. I could not find a thread that discussed this so I apologize if this has been talked about before.

I run the same tires and have found the tires are happiest around 38-39 hot. Usually i start at 33-34 cold and adjust from there. If it's a hotter day out i'll start slightly lower, but being the in the 50's i'd go with 34 in the front and try 36 in the rear. I've found keeping a couple psi in the rear works best for me for equal grip levels.

I think I ran 34 F/37 R last time to start, and it worked quite well. This is with 225/40/18 in front and 255/35/18 in back. Bear in mind, I'm in Texas - it's not brutally hot yet, but it's a long, long way from the 50's.

Yeah, as has been said start 33-35. Whether you want more psi in the rear is depends on your preference as well as setup. Don't let them get over 40. Last saturday I was at 34-36 cold and ended up at 48 in my front drivers side!! So check them every session.

I started 34 front and 37 rear. I would get 40-40.5 in the front and 42.5-43 in the rears. What are the consequences if they get into the high 40s? I never experienced any lack of traction btw.
