2D2E code, MAP sensor?

Hi,
I'm getting the following code:
2D2E DME: Throttle-valve angle - intake-manifold vacuum, correlation.

Can this be related to a faulty MAP Sensor, #8 here:
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/show...diagId=11_3973

I pulled it once and cleaned as it was coated on oil, cleared the code and now after a few months the code is back.
It there a way to validate the sensor is actually faulty and/or the reason for the code?
Appreciate 0
