For the angel eyes? Mine came with it. The the halos on my car were pure white. If you want pics I can send them to you.

No. Not all of them do. Some of the 1ers had the halogen angel eyes. These are to make them pure white.

LEDS are arftermarket, as far as i know.... at least for the 1'ers
