Ive seen some people cut out and/or wrap pipes to change the note. Wanted to see how involved that would be

Cutting open the muffler. Cutting out and welding pipe.

I would recommend you sell the street and pick up a race you shouldn't be out much money. The Berk Race produces one of the best exhaust notes out there IMO.
