Black on Black Pics - Up Above Salt Lake
Finally got the car washed today so I could take some pics. The weather had not been cooperating and you can see there are still plenty of clouds. This is my (still foolishly staggered) winter set-up of LM-25s on the Breyton GTS-R rims. I think the car looks pretty damn mean. I know many dislike the black wheels (heaven help us on a BMW!) but I wouldn't have it any other way. I will rock the darkness proudly.
These shots were all taken up in my neighborhood so you can see why I was an idiot to go to this car from an STi - soon there will be 6 feet of snow up here. Sorry I'm no photographer; I used my wife's pink camera to take these then cropped the hell out of them in iPhoto! Ha. At least the scenery makes them look good. |

Great pics, even better color choice.:biggrin:
I absolutely adore SLC and the valley, mostly for the people, conservative culture. A buddy puts on a model car show in SLC, haven't been there for over a decade though I have considered moving just for the culture.

I am going to have to respectfully disagree with those wheels, The red (time attack, is that what it's called) stripe is too far in the wheel, and from a distance you can't tell where the tire starts and the wheel ends. Maybe that's the point, but I just am not getting it.
Not feeling it at all. Now, great scenary in the background though, and the stance & offset of those wheels is excellent. Loving the dark look bro! |

Thanks for all the nice comments. Took the pics just in time - it's snowing now....

I don't let that stuff wreck the place for me, though. Life here is great until I can't find anywhere to eat on Sunday evening. Stock suspension for now, yep. |
