Yeah Michael, the M version cost $4k more. That's the difference! Lol. It's probably a smarter system, but I suspect there isn't too much difference on the hardware side of things...

From what the dealer advised me when I was looking at a 335i, the only difference is that the 335i has a dry clutch, whereas the M version has a wet clutch to handle the extra power/abuse

Plus you can adjust the settings on the M version, the normal version is just 'sport'.

Yeah - I would imagine M-Drive and launch control would only be available on the M-DCT.

Well I guess I was very interested when WAY told me about it.
But I have driven the Z4 35 with DCT... I doubt I would spend the money given I already have the car. If I am about to order... hell yeah. Save money for ///M1
