Just installed Meth on my N55

I just installed meth on my n55. I went over to Terry@Burger Tunings office yesterday and we got it all put on and running great. Terry's been awesome since I met him two months ago. He's always willing to go above and beyond for customer service. I'm now running his meth kit and his JB4 and I love it! The rest of my mod list is a 4" catless downpipe, Berk race exhaust, ER fmic, ER charge pipe, and H&R springs. I'm planning on dynoing it soon, but for now here is a photo.

Yep! I'm running BMS meth kid. And also running the Stage 2 or JB4, whichever you call it. Since we just installed the meth kit, we're running lower boost at around 15 psi. I plan on upping it to 16.5 psi real soon and that's where I'll feel the real difference. Where I'm at now, it feels great. So much power but I'm really limited by my tires and traction. I'm getting wider wheels soon so that should help. Terry said with his car, he dyno'd around 370whp but I have a few more mods than him so hopefully I can hit 390whp. We shall see soon when I dyno it!

damn very inpresive.... when u adjusted the boost on the interface what did u log 15psi? and then u saved the setting? what tire you thinking on getting? you still got the stock bridgestone or dunlop tires? and the meth kit you have it running on a daily consistencey or you have it to activate at certain rmp or on the fly or with a switch?

To be honest, I let Terry do the adjustments. He would check things out, I would go out and do some logging, bring it back to him and he'd adjust. We had a problem with the nozzle size at first but we used a smaller nozzle and it works amazing now. So since it's working great, I'll likely up the boost.

I ordered Falken FK452's for my Adv.1s that are coming in next week. The wheel size is 19x8.5 and 19x10 with the tires being 235/35/19 and 265/30/19. Right now I still have the stock bridgestones.

The cool thing about Jb4 is a I can do on the fly map switching. So for now, I daily with Map 1 which is for 91 octane. And on the fly, I can switch to map 3 which is my meth map. I do that to save the meth. I believe Terry said it activates on throttle, boost, intake temps, and a few other things as well.

Yep! That's all you have to do. Map 1 is soley for 91 octane and no meth so it will be as if you don't have it. Map 3 is specifically for meth so you will use meth on that map.

For sure! If you want a preview, throw 100 octane in your car and turn up the boost! It feels pretty similar to that.

I'm going to take it off. It's insanely easy to remove since its an engine bay mount rather than a trunk mount. It's literally 2 existing bolts holding the pump, a hose, a nozzle, and that's about it!

so once you disconnect that thats it you set it to map 1 and ride no stress about enigne problems or about anything leaking meth all over the bay with the loose hoses? is there sufficent sapce to hide the lines?

Steve, no meth injectors. I use a nozzle straight into my ER charge pipe.

You could hide the hose if you really want but itll be a little harder in the front of the engine bay. When it wraps around the back it goes under the cowl so you can't see it there. And yeah, you can use map 1 at any point and itll be as if meth never existed on your car.

Right now I just have it disconnected because I never use them anyway. Whenever I do, my A-pillars get filthy. I just clean my windshield at the gas station. But you can easily connect it and use meth to clean your window. But depending on the meth mixture, if you run 51/49 it should be ok but I plan on running 80/20 down the road and I dont want to spray that on my paint and what not.
