Finally got my proper VIN number from the dealer, looks like my baby is on the vessel TOBA, ETA in Melbourne May 6! Probably just one shipment earlier than you TORONTO guys

Last position of TOBA is 20 days old, so I have no idea where it is now

. Left Bremerhaven on the 29th of March!

Also on the same ship, waiting to get it from Brisbane BMW. They had said early May, but looking likely to be end of May. Ordered Dec 20, so its been a while without a car. Bring on the 7 speed...

Received a call this morning to say that my car has docked in Melbourne, but the WW tracker says 8th? Don't care, it's here

10 days customs, few days dealer prep, and I will be a very happy man

Yep!!! Me too!!! 14 days I have been told to Brisbane BMW. Been 4 months since I sold my last 135i, and those 4 months have killed me. Initally was going to take one off the floor, so I sold mine in Dec, put a contract down on a new one before the GST goodness ended, only for it to go to someone else... 4 months later, my new baby is finally here!!! haha

The good ship Toronto docked at Freo yesterday, dropped a load off and departed.

My sales rep has the day off, but will chat tomorrow as to a date for delivery ;-)

Get mine at 8am in the morning from Brisbane BMW. Was tinted Friday, could have picked up today, but was in Sydney for a golf event...

Oh yeah baby... got it at lunch today... awesome!!!

The 7 speed is great, does feel a little quicker than the last one which is good. A few things that have changed I dont like, and I do like:

Picked mine up Monday arvo, so still a May delivery.

Gotta say I do love the Bluetooth phone kit. Coming from the HSV one its nice to have one that works this well.

Cranked up the HK HiFi Pro system this morning and I was non-quietly impressed. Definately worth the $2K, I have spent more on aftermarket gear that does not sound as good (though it was probably a touch louder without the clarity)
