Hard to tell even after an adjuster looks at it. Daughter's mini van got hit and the adjuster's estimate was $7,500. Van valued at $15k. So they are attempting to fix it. Unfortunately, have not got it right yet, something still wrong with the front suspension. After 4 supplemental's the bill at the body shop is currently at $12,500 plus the cost of the rental car. Should have totaled it.

FWIW, the accident I had on Sunday (thread "Almost Lost Her") had similar body damage, although not as severe. Not including the suspension damage, just the external bodywork (quarter panel, rear bumper, side skirt, refurb the wheel) they estimated $6-8k of damage. Yours looks like yours may have structural frame damage, which is likely more serious.
