WTB BMW Extended warranty
Hi guys I posted this also in the E90 section as well. Basically my 2011 135i is going to run out of the warranty period. I'm looking to see if anyone has any great deals or contacts that I could purchase the extended plan from. Any help or offers would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to pm me directly if you can. Thank you

I bought a 200,000 km, no time limit warranty.
https://www.nationwideautowarranty.com/200000km.html Not sure if they have a similar plan in the U.S. |

Thanks guys. But I was hoping to stick with actual BMW warranty. Not sure on what the secondary companies plans offer.

What model year is your 135i? I plan on buying BMW extended warranty, before my base warranty expires. Cant say I trust the third party companies, which allways seem to want to challenge repairs, and cut costs. Ive heard from a BMW service advisor that the third part "warranty" companies are a pain to deal with. He described to me a case where a customer vehicles was in the shop for weeks, because BMW and the third party could not agree on the extent of the coverage repairs. The third party wanted to save costs where ever they could.

My 135i is 2009, i've had it for almost a year. It had 53,000km when i got it (had to be less than 60000 to get the warranty).
Luckily i have not had to use it yet. The typical stuff that breaks on the 135i has already been done before i got it. |

I was debating on getting extended warranty as well. I figured the money I would spend on the warranty I would just put in the bank and leave it there until things start to break. I think with the decent discounts we can get from vendors on here for oem parts and Indy shops it would be cheaper to do it that way instead of paying thousands and never using the warranty If nothing goes wrong within the time u are covered
