I could go stage 3, but I think I will be more happy at stage 2+. I don't want a dyNo queen and do not plan on hitting the drag strip. I want the car to perform on road courses and I will likely perform and get better times with stage 2+. I think stage 3 would put me over the limit way too easy. I will probably hit some airstrip events though just to try it out but am confident stage 2+ is the way to go.

The car will be getting a rear seat delete, recaro profi's and a harness bar around the time the turbos are ready. The should put down around 500whp and be about 200lbs lighter than a stock car.

ah even more jealous

any chance you can share what the 2+ might involve over the 2's? haha

fair enough, i'll be a stage 2 owner for a little bit at least too, but i want a powerband that will stretch to the right personally >_< - most people say the upgraded stock frame style turbos are a little harder because power comes on a LOT sooner+faster than big twins/big single. 500+whp halfway through the rev range = crazy

recaro profi's sound amazing though! will you be keeping the side airbags? unfortunately i have to for legal reasons

The mk12 mod 0 is a fantastic rifle. I prefer it to the mod 1. The swan sleeve which bridges the upper receiver and free float hand guard makes for a very solid rifle and allows you to forward mount your optic. The ops inc brakes are fantastic too. The real strength of this rifle is more than just great groups but rather how quickly and accurately you can drill them down range.
Agreed on the Mod 0... My rifle started life as a 700 26" heavy barrel .308 that I got at Dick's on Black Friday for $349, she's a dime killer that's for sure.

Happy shooting and good luck with the car!

The side airbags will be deleted and and OCupancy sensors will be in place and front airbags coded to operate as normal.

Stage 2+ will be similar performance to RB turbos I imagine. I will be taking the car to Cobb SoCal for a ProTune for pump and pump+e85. I haven't seen a proper dyno of a flash tuned RB car or Vargas car so it should be interesting to see what they can do with on hands tuning.

ah fair enough, was wondering about the price of the profi with airbag compared to without as it's hard to find

the stage 2 already are dyno'd similar to RB's, so i have no idea what the 2+ are going to be like >_< - there are a couple of the stage 2 owners with dynos if you have a look around.

Profi's are fixed backs. Didn't know they could come with airbags. I know sportster cs's can come with airbags. Profi's msrp at $900 each. Not sure what my price will be yet.

I'll look for the s2 dynos. The s2 + come with upgraded thrusts.

mmm not bad price for the profis at all

another quick question... how are you dealing with getting a seat rail?

ohhh so just the VTT-STG2-2 then?

i know they're releasing other stage 2 options in the next few months just no idea what they are

I'm not completely sure what options they will put on the car. I paid a deposit for stage 2+ plus upgraded thrusts. I know they have made several changes from their original stage 2 testers that went out a few months ago. I will work out more details with them when the time comes. I think my turbos are still several weeks out at the soonest.

For the profi's , I will use VAC or macht Schnell floor mounts with recaro sliders and recaro aluminum side mounts.
