My First BMW and Lovin it... AW w/ choral red chhyyeeeaaahh!
New to the Site. My name is NAM, I'm 23 yrs young, i am an investment banker, and i Also just recently opened my own automotive shop in Everett washington called STOCK CUSTOMS AUTOMOTIVE (makes it alot easier to do my mods, also please like it on FACEBOOK! hehe) so if you're wonderin how i was able to afford my car, thats how. Not my parents. although that would be nice... i am from washington where its starting to snow now so this car is about to go into hibernating mode (especially with my luck.) I used to drive a 2000 honda civic si (yes i was one of those) with a C5 Type R swap turbocharged on 10lbs. 1/4 mile time 12.9 @113 so i'm hoping to maybe get this 135i to break that record. I just recently sold my 2007 yamaha r1 and hoping to get another bike pretty soon, so as you can tell i absolutely i love speed and power. I'm totally new to BMW and have learned only a few things and so far i LOVE this vehicle. Especially the factory wideband air/fuel sensors and direct injection totally sssooooo much easier to tune then a honda.
I was introduced to this model BMW by one of your members Paul Nguyen and i loved HIS car ever since. haha. how do i know him? i'm dating his cousin. two years and going strong, i love her. lol This is the first BMW i've ever owned and so far i love it, except for the fact that i've been hit twice in the 45 days that i've owned it while i was PARKED BOUGHT THE CAR BONE STOCK 9/24/2011 GOT BACKED INTO 10/20/2011 (the day after all my mods were put on, so i didn't even get to enjoy drive it!) GOT REAR ENDED 11/09/2011 (didn't even have the car for a week after the first accident lol) I've always been looking at gettin a white M3 with red interior but they are so hard to come across, but since i came across this white 135i with red interior i knew i had to get it. 2009 bmw 135i AW w/ choral red interior Mods: Injen Dual Intake Greddy Type RS BOV Active Autowerks Chargepipe TurboMax 3" downpipes BMS JB4 (map 2) Suspension (Green) Megan one piece coilovers 36 way adjustable with camber alignment Wheels TSW VALENCIA 18X8 FRONT 18X9.5 REAR TIRES NITTON NEOGEN 205/40/18 FRONT 225/40/18 REAR SOUND PHOENIX GOLD 13' SUB SOUNDSTREAM MONO 1200W AMP WIRED TO FACTORY STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS. If you're ever in the Pacific Northwest and want to meet up or check out my shop for support hit me up nam.mai@live.com Thanks for Looking! |

Surprisingly, really really good. I was very impressed with them. The soft adjustment keeps it luxurious and when I want to get into my
Crazy track mode (which was for about 15mins after I installed them until I hated feeling every bump) they rode really smooth on especially on turnS. |

Congrats on the new ride, I love the color combo!
I looked through your mods and I am curious though, why are you running 205 & 225's? With our cars, 225/35/18 & 255/40/18's fit with no issues. |

Never was a fan of TSW's, but your car looks good!!!! Got any more pics of the wheels and tire specs?
did you roll fenders or have to run excessive camber? |
