Tracking Australian BMW orders online?
Hi all, I finally received a VIN confirmation this morning for my M135i, and its production date was a few days ago, so I assume it's rolled off the production line by now.
I've done heaps of Googling and searching this forum for info on whether or not it's possible to track Australian BMW orders online once a VIN is known, and I've found nothing definitive. The only article I found was specific to US orders. Does anyone know if it's possible to track our cars' progress once they've rolled off the production line? Also, does anyone know what part of the 2Wglobal site I go to to track shipping info?

yes you can... i remember doing it for my 135i before... there was a shipping company site... dig more around 2008 and you should be able to find it, or someone with good memory may drop it here =)

I did this for my 2012 135i Order
Step 1 - Go here - https://att.2wglobal.com/gstattweb/o...uickSearchPage Enter your Chassis/VIN number into the Cargo ID - This will bring up the Voyage information as well as the Vessel name Step 2 - Place the vessel name in the following link http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/ This will allow you to follow and track the vessels progress (when outside of green 'squares' there will be lag times) Step 3 (Optional) - For an ETA as to when the vessel will hit Australian shores, visit the following link (updated daily) http://sagaweb.2wglobal.com/AppSched...pe=generatePDF |

Congratulations on the purchase Cozza of the M135i. Have you sold the Golf R yet? I have been eyeing your wheels for sale on VWGolf.net but I am not too sure whether I should run some 19's on a R32 fairly dropped when I get coilovers.
BMW should normally give you some information after the car is ordered if you want to track it from the day the production starts. If not, I remember them doing it for my dad when he ordered the 5 series and X5. What BMW Performance bits did you get hehe? Any plans for the M135i? Or just keep it stock and enjoy driving it |

The VMRs are still for sale - have received heaps of stupid lowball offers, but I'm confident the right buyer will come along eventually. They're in perfect condition afterall. I'll touch base with my dealership and see what further info they can give me. I purchased some performance parts from Europe, and they're sitting in boxes at home waiting to be fitted! I got the full carbon interior trim, rear spoiler and fins, front grilles, and side skirts. On the hunt for a set of rims but not sure I wanna blow $5K on the M405s though. Don't mind the look of CSL replicas after seeing a few photos. Other than that, I'll probably keep it stock, but might get an exhaust at some stage.

Update this morning: Mine's been booked onto the Tomar, which will arrive in Zeebrugge, Belgium next Thursday 7th Feb, departing 5 days later, and is scheduled to dock in Melbourne on 12th March. Hopefully I can take delivery a week later!

Does any know how long it takes to for the vehicle to appear on the WW Logistics site?
My M235i came off the production line on 31-Jan, but hasn't appeared on the tracking site yet. |

It really should be booked on the next vessel heading to OZ, you can see the schedule to all vessels on their website, it took approx a week before my VIN was registered with W&W
