suspension noise

right rear suspension is making a ticking noise.
Should it make a sound?

Do you have a rock stuck in your tire tread?

Also, what kind of sound? Is it a rhythmic clicking in time with engine speed? Is it in time with car speed? Does it only make the sound under load?

The sound is like spring is making. I hear only when I get off the car, when the suspension is release? from weight. Is it normal?
