Opinions on painted Rieger diffuser

Been looking at the Rieger rear diffuser and came across what looks like their show car with a modified diffuser. The section above the mesh has been paint matched to the car giving it a more distinctive look. Kind of reminiscent of the 1M's diffuser a bit.

Curious if any 1ers have done this or, if not, what your opinion would be. One drawback is resale value since you'd now have to find someone who has the same color as you.

That actually looks really good! And I wouldn't worry about resale too much since they can just buy a can of paint and rattle can it themselves. It a simple and small part to respray.

I agree completely. Anything we can do to differentiate this area is good. Have you noticed that all the KIAs and Hyundais have blacked out the 'diffuser' space on their rear bumper covers? I have almost mistaken a couple of them for BMWs lately. Gawd, I hate to admit that to THIS group.

looks sloppy and amateur-ish just like just like everything Rieger makes.
